Back to the future, back in time to 1980s Yugoslavia. Set in many different rooms furnished with all manner of items from your favorite decade, the 80s. The museum is fully interactive so you can have a play around with everything – you can even have try dressing up in some 80s outfits for those who dare! The museum encourages visitors to touch, feel and interact with the exposition to recall sweet moments, evoke nostalgia and find out the way of life in recent past.

The Archaeological Museum in Zagreb illustrates the development of material and spiritual culture on the territory of continental Croatia during 2,5 million years, from the Early Stone Age, the Late Stone Age, the Copper Age, various phases of the Bronze Age, to the Early and Late Iron Age. The museum holds a collection of over 75,000 objects. The Numismatic collection is displayed on the ground floor. On the second floor, the Greek and Roman collection is displayed, including Greek vases and Roman military equipment, an everyday objects. The third floor has the Prehistoric and the Egyptian collection on display. Open every day.

The Museum of Contemporary Art offers a close art experience. It is the biggest and most modern museum in Croatia.

Zagreb Zoo

The Zagreb Zoo is one of three major zoo parks in Croatia and was founded in 1925. The Zagreb Zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals that represent 275 species. Among other animals, the zoo is home to a snow leopard, a North China leopard, a red panda, a chimpanzee, a monkey, a hippopotamus and a camel.
Technical Museum Nikola Tesla Zagreb

Technical Museum Nikola Tesla shows the development and application of technological advances. Along with its permanent display, it features special exhibits such as the Planetarium, the Apisarium, the Mine, and the Nikola Tesla study.
The museum was established in 1954 to promote science and technology. Since 1958 it is situated in the former Zagreb Fair wooden buildings in the city center.
