Charming and authentic Wine & Tapas Boca Bar is located in the stretch from the Arena to the Forum, Kandlerova Street. Opposite the Cathedral. It is quite an unusual place for Pula. It stands out from other catering establishments, offering an authentic story based on the idea and concept of the owners, the Pettener couple. Both are sommeliers and wine enthusiasts.
Wine & Tapas Boca Bar is like an Istrian home gallery of wines, gins, craft beers and liqueurs from Istria. Paired with Istrian small snacks, the so-called tapas, as plates of Istrian prosciutto, Istrian boškarin sausages with truffles, plates of cheeses with truffles, mutton, cow, seafood plates and various bruschettas.
Delicious craft beer, chardonnay or Spritz are the most popular drinks of this place. Spritz is made with Istrian sparkling wine from the Zigante winery. Boca Bar also offers several types of Istrian gins awarded with international prizes and delight for their guests.
On Thursdays, there is a flamenco guitarist. On Fridays there is a Latin vinyl evening.
